The Smart Cities International Conference is an initiative organized by the Faculty of Public Administration at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest, Romania.

The primary objectives of the Smart Cities Conference include:
Enhancing awareness and understanding of the Smart Cities concept among all stakeholders.
Building and augmenting the capacity of stakeholders to engage proactively in the national, regional, and international development processes of Smart Cities.
Promoting multistakeholder dialogue, information exchange, and cooperation on pressing Smart Cities-related issues.
Establishing connections between the realities of Smart Cities on national, European, and international scales.

We had a wonderful opportunity to share the outcomes of our AI-based research during this conference. Our representative, Julita Sobiczewska, MSc, who has been a member of the Gen-vision team for several months, presented the findings. Julita, together with the team leader and expert Dr Dominik Filipiak, co-authored the article titled “Semantic image editing for reshaping architecture of power: lesson learned from selected cases.” During the conference, Julita shared the findings from the final stage of the research with a highly esteemed group of scientists and scholars.
